Automatic Pay Plan

Automatic Pay Plan (APP) deducts your energy charges each month from your checking or savings account. You continue to receive a monthly statement showing energy charges, usage and other information. If you participate in APP and also have online account access (see Paper-free billing), you eliminate your paper bill.

Sign up for automatic payment through directpaymentplan.com, our partner that provides secure and confidential processing of your automatic payment. Applications are processed in about 3 to 5 days.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation: To cancel APP, contact us at least 7 to 10 business days before your next scheduled payment.

Bank account change: If you change bank information, you must sign up again at directpaymentplan.com.

Paper-free billing: After you sign up for APP, you can switch to paper-free billing by setting up online account access. You receive a monthly e-mail reminder so you know when payments will be deducted. Paper-free billing begins after two consecutive electronic payments.
